just to say thank you for the course on Saturday. First aid is not something I’ve ever felt confident about and I really appreciated Steve’s teaching technique whereby he talked through the practical as you did it a couple of times before leaving you to have a go on your own. The couple of courses I’ve done previously you just had to get on with it after a quick demo! Kind regards Kay

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful training course yesterday at The Zone. Steve was absolutely brilliant, the course was really good and it was such a positive experience. Even as squeamish as I am, I would now feel confident to assist in a crisis. See you in 3 years!!

Good morning Please can I pass on my thanks to you all but especially Nicky on the First Aid course I have completed this week. I was very daunted by the thought of attending but all my fears were set aside with how Nicky looked after us and made us all welcome. I have had a lovely 3 days made all the better with Bella and Tilly making regular visits.

I learned so much and felt like I had all my questions answered for me. I also feel ready in case there is an emergency. Feryal attended the 1 day Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course 2/5/23

Really enjoyed Helen’s teaching style and how she involved everyone.

Helen’s knowledge really showed on the course and managed to put everything across in a way that I now understand how I can help my colleagues and support the company

I’ve really enjoyed the course & I think it was really useful to all be able to ask q’s throughout and have group talks.

Very useful + good suggestion for implementation in practice.
